Pantry for Students

When I attended college 25 years ago or so, I watched my friends all fall victim to the dreadful Freshman 15. Fortunately, it didn’t happen to me. Why? Simply, because I was extremely active on and off campus and I read labels.

When I opened our very first juice bar, it happened to be at the University of Pennsylvania. I decided to create shakes and meal replacements that were nutritionally balanced and Low-Glycemic to help kids avoid this dreaded curse. I can tell you, I got to know those kids over the years and I truly believe we made a difference. All that was needed was we needed to create an awareness; “awareness precedes change” and then make it easy.

That’s what this pantry will do for you; make it easy while supplying the necessary nutrients to continue developing into fine young men and women while sharpening your noodle.

We all know how busy life can be for students; tests, sports, after school activities, study groups, classes, etc. But as life gets busy, usually the first thing that we ignore is ourselves. We don’t tend to plan ahead and as a result, we make poor choices.

Don’t fall victim to creative marketing and live on processed, scientifically engineered synthetic ingredients. Your body and your parents will thank you, especially when you bring home a healthy report card.
