Why Dan’s Essentials? I’ve been zigzagging North America for well over a decade speaking about nutrition and helping our customers convey the message of Eating Well and more specifically, “You are what your food eats” to their customers – who are you!
What I’ve learned from folks like you is that eating the right things at the right time, in the right amounts is confusing, especially when you are trying to achieve a performance or wellness goal. The statement, “Won’t someone just make it easy for me? Can you just follow me around and tell me what to eat? “ was said so many times over the years, I decided to finally make it easy for you.
In my pantries that me and my trusted team have developed are actual foods that we use and are in our pantries. Most foods that you will see are foods that we endorse but have no affiliation with. In other words, we don’t make a nickel on them. I simply believe that their philosophies align with ours and their ingredient profiles pass our test – PFC Approved!

I truly believe “You are What You Your Food Eats” and that you should eat 32 different foods each day and that each day be different than the day before.
